2019-02-04 - A Godly Job Description
I tend to ask God to make things better, and then rejoice and praise Him. Instead, I should not look at the circumstances, but start thanking God, for His ability is greater than earthly circumstances. Any job description found on LinkedIn can't compare with the Lord's abilities.
- The Lord has the ultimate perspective. He looks down from Heaven and watches us closely. (Psalm 33:13-15)
- God decides on the amount of stars and calls each star by name. (Psalm 147:4)
- God knows the number of hairs on our heads. (Matthew 10:29-30)
- God knows everything! (1 John 3:20)
You and I need to praise the Lord always, not just when something good happens.
Lord, My heart is set on a pilgrimage ordained by You. Show me Your unfailing love and salvation. In Jesus' name I pray, Amen.
